“I attended a session at your centre in Maidenhead yesterday. I just wanted to express my appreciation of the job done by Dean Cracknell. My purpose for the visit was to have my hardware requirements re-appraised following major surgery on my left arm which has left me somewhat weaker than before.

Dean was very patient in listening to my problem and understanding my concerns given the parameters of my age (61) and handicap of 6 together with a weaker swing. He took me through the whole process with care and provided me with all the technical information I needed. I am satisfied that my new requirements have been thoroughly analysed and documented and I will be taking this plan through to purchase very soon. In addition I will be happy to recommend the centre and Dean to all my golfing buddies who show interest.

In my business life when I have found personalities who go above and beyond the norm to help me I feel it is the least I can do to identify this fact with their seniors. In my opinion Dean is doing a great job for your company."

“Just some quick feedback for you, and a huge thankyou.  I took your advice from the custom fit session we had and I went ahead with the order of the DST Launcher driver, and DST fairway wood. They arrived last week sometime and I am so pleased. I’ve gained at least 20 yards more distance, they feel so easy and consistent to hit. Its great to finally feel confident with another part of my game.

I really enjoyed the custom fit session, you really opened up my eyes to how technical and how useful it is to get custom fitted for your own clubs, with the benefits and differences there is to gain or achieve. You were very informative and explained everything so thoroughly, it was a very interesting experience.

The shaft and club head degree work really well, so I will hopefully be back shortly to get custom fitted for my irons. You certaintly have made a huge difference to how I feel about hitting my driver and I am much more confident with this now."

“I visited the Centre of Excellence when it first opened as I wanted to see the facilities and to meet with Dean who will obviously be dealing with my customers.

I was totally impressed with both the Professionalism and knowledge of Dean and also the superb facility that you have created.

On return to my club I set about trying to encourage as many of my members as possible to visit the centre for a true custom fit. Although I am situated a good 2 hour drive from the centre I have been pleased to see that ten of my customers have now visited and been custom fitted for both sets of irons and woods. They have all returned and been delighted by the whole experience having raved about the facilities and customer care of Dean.

I would like to thank you for the extremely professional and pleasant approach that you showed to me yesterday. The skill that you have was manifest by the way swift way that you identified my needs and demonstrated my skill, or lack of, with the different types of equipment.
