Terms and Conditions for the Srixon 2010 Custom Fit / Feedback Competition
Promotion open to all residents of the UK aged 16 and over, except employees and their immediate families of Srixon Sports Europe Ltd, its agencies and anyone professionally involved in the promotion.
By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entries limited to one entry per person per ball.
Entries limited to one prize per household.
Closing date for entries is midnight 31st December 2010.
The winner will be notified by email and this email must be kept as proof of your win in the event of dispute. Failure to provide this may negate your prize entry.
The prize is limited to a single custom fitting session for one individual, comprising of 8 irons, 3 woods, stand bag and 6 dozen balls.
Prize will be issued by end January 2011.
Prize must be redeemed by 26th March 2011 and will be subject to booking and availability.
Prize is limited to stock items - in the event your chosen prize is not available, the nearest equivalent will be supplied.
The prize does not include expenses for travel to and from the Srixon Cleveland Centre of Excellence near Maidenhead, nor does it include any further costs other than the prize itself as outlined in point 7.
There are no cash alternatives for any prize.
Winner may be asked to take part in publicity on behalf of Srixon / Cleveland Golf.
The winners name and county of residence will be available by sending a SAE to ‘Srixon Custom Fit Feedback Competition 09’, Srixon Sports Europe Ltd, 3 Newman Lane, Alton, Hampshire GU34 2QR.
